PROCESSING & SHIPPING

All items are made to order and will be shipped within 4 weeks. Once ready to be shipped and have passed quality control, you will be advised that your order has been shipped. Our standard shipping takes 3 - 5 business days.

We take full responsibility for your products when they are in our care. We do not control the method in which your products are delivered once responsibility is handed over to the shipping company. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. The buyer assumes all responsibility for claiming any issues with shipping to the shipping carrier. Refused packages will be considered forfeited items and are not eligible for a refund or a credit.
